Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen tater-tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (American works  best)
  • 1lb of Hamburger
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:

  • Cook the entire package of tater-tots as directed on the package.
  • Cook hamburger in a pan on stove top, break the meat into smaller pieces with a large spoon and stir in pan until all of the hamburger is evenly brown and there is absolutely no pink meat present. (The smaller the pieces of meat the easier it is to cook thoroughly)
    • Drain excess fat from pan once thoroughly cooked.
  • Mix Cream of Mushroom soup and Cream of Chicken Soup into the cooked hamburger and heat until mixture is evenly warm.
  • Place mixture of hamburger and soup into the basin of a 9 by 13 inch pan. (Spray bottom of pan with PAM prior to use)
  • Next mix cooked tater-tots into pan with the meat mixture. Mix evenly.
  • Then coat entire mixture evenly with cheese and heat in oven at 350 degrees until the entire casserole is warm, cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling.
  • Let the dish cool for several minutes and then enjoy. (This dish makes plenty of servings and is great for leftovers!)
