SLCCFOOD is a webzine project developed by students of Professor Benjamin Solomon’s English 2010 class at The Salt Lake Community College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our aim in this project is to create a relevant resource for students of all ages, income levels and diversities to use as a spring board to further their understanding of food insecurity, community involvement and ways they can find food-related resources to help themselves and others in the SLCC community. We welcome comments, articles, podcasts and personal experiences related to food and food insecurity.
