RECIPE FOR THE EXOTIC TASTE: CURRIED PEANUT VEGGIE NOODLES

1 Bag of Oriental Top Ramen
½ Bag of frozen veggies
½ Cup of smooth peanut butter
10-15 shakes of curry powder
½ Tsp. Salt/soy sauce works great as well
½ Tsp. Ginger powder

 

First boil hot water. Then you are going to add the frozen veggies and Top Ramen to the boiling water.

Once the noodles and veggies have heated up, drain most of the water and add oriental packet.
Add the peanut butter.
Stir so mixture is even.
Add remaining ingredients, it does not have to be exact. You can add more curry, salt, peanut butter, or ginger.

Total cost-$6.13 (including tax) Feeds two.

Bag of frozen veggies- $1.99(full bag price)
Cup of smooth peanut butter- $ 1.88

Curry powder- $0.88

Salt/soy sauce works great as well

Ginger powder-$ 0.88
