RECIPE FOR THE LAZY: Passion Fruit Mousse

  • 2 cans  of  table cream (average price U$1.50 each can)
  • 2 cans of  sweetened-condensed milk (average price U$2.00 each can)
  • 1 bottle (500ml.) passion fruit juice from concentrate (average price U$3.00 each bottle)
  • (optional) one fresh passion fruit

Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend at low speed until the liquid becomes light at fluffy. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl, or individual dessert dishes. If fresh passionfruit is available, spread a small amount of pulp, including seeds on top of the mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Serves 10 to 12.
